- KKKvlt223 days ago5.0Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with anything eye-related. Doctor Ho was super nice, thorough, and actually patient with me instead of rushing through it. He even gave me my PD number without me having to fight for it. The staff helped me pick frames quickly without overcomplicating it, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ended up getting glasses with clip-on sunglasses for around $200, which felt like a great deal. Everything just felt easy and straightforward for once. Definitely recommend. I will be using Warby Parker for my glasses from now on!!!

- JJJohn6 days ago1.0I ordered two pairs of glasses, March 10 or 11th. I got one pair in the mail. It’s April 6. I still didn’t get my other pair. They said they mailed it. I never got it now they had to do another pair. I’m still waiting another 14 days I had a real good experience when I had my eye exam at Warby Parker I talked to three different people to try to get my glasses. Whoever is doing the shipping of glasses. They need to look over what they’re doing. There’s no tracking number these glasses are over $500
