    My Dad finally agreed to hearing aids 2 1/2 years ago. Jose has been so wonderful in the entire process. From initial testing explanation and continued service he has been exceptional in giving us personalized advise and service in regards to the hearing aids.     The best decision I made was choosing a professional audiologist to assess my hearing loss. Jose Alvarez was the person who took care of my testing and taught me how hearing loss affects your life. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about how hearing aids work. I must admit I went to Miracle Ear just to get tested, but I left as a very happy and satisfied client. He worked with me to get a prescription for my specific hearing loss.
