As soon as you walk in, the woman at the desk by the door rushes over and immediately starts grilling you about whether you have a prescription. What happened to a simple “Welcome to LensCrafters”? I was literally just looking at glasses—what’s the problem? Her attitude completely turned me away, so I left.

As soon as we walked in, the woman who approached us started questioning us in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a greeting. She immediately asked whether we had a prescription and if it was valid. I explained that we were just there to look at glasses, but the interaction still felt tense and unwelcoming. I’m already a LensCrafters customer and have purchased glasses from them before, but this visit at this location made me feel like I didn’t belong there at all.
