  Super efficient and easy! I made an appointment online, filled out my information online with a link they sent, then I arrived, checked in with a QR code they'd sent to my email, was checked in immediately, same woman took me back to draw blood, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes from walking in the door. She also got my vein easily, which is not always the case.
