  As the staff is okay, the new policy of "appointments have priority " very bad idea. My doctor send me over to Quest ( same building, shared waiting room) , I was told I could wait if there would be a no show or cancellation or take next available appointment at 1:30 pm, it was at this point shortly after 11 am. No patience in waiting room and I could hear the staff making lunch arrangements. Poor, poor servive

  Absolutely horrible. The website says the wait time was 5 minutes, the actual wait was in excess of 45 minutes and when I was finally seen I was told I was 40 minutes late for the deadline for having a blood sample drawn. In other words, if the wait time really was 5 minutes, I would have arrived in time. The net result was wasting an hour and a half of my time.

  Takes forever. If someone has an appointment they will literally kick you out.

  Countering the negative reviews. Experience was fine, and similar to most other Quest Diagnostics locations. Just schedule an appointment online a day ahead, and you won't have to worry about waiting when it's busy.
