  I’ve been working with Home Instead for almost 8 months in caring for my mom .The care pros overall have been great, the home office crew has been so supportive on the phone, ( lots of calls !) that I HAD to go hug them in person when I was in the area. Whenever I’ve called with any concerns, they address them immediately and professionally. The biggest blessing has been the beautiful relationship and genuine friendship my mother has formed with one of the care pros. Highly recommend Home Instead !

  5 stars isn’t enough !! I had knee surgery on Nov.8th & needed someone to stay over night as per Doctors orders. I called Home Instead and Bobbijoe was so compassionate, professional and helpful and was able to find a fantastic caregiver named Nelly to stay over & make sure I was OK. Nelly was so helpful & professional also & had such a calming demeanor. I had no way of getting home after the surgery & without hesitation Bobbijoe said she would pick me up & get me settled in. Nelly met up with us at my house & Bobbijoe showed her around & what I’d need help for. I needed to ice my knee 24/7 but was unable to get the ice I needed daily. Again, without hesitation Bobbijoe said she’d help me and she brought me ice on a daily until I was able to drive myself. They are absolute angels on earth & I appreciate all they did for me!! They went above & beyond, especially Bobbijoe & helped so much with giving me ease of mind during my recovery. I will most definitely use them in the future if the need arises! If you’re reading this because you’ll need help with home care soon, don’t hesitate to use this amazing company! I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!!

  We went through several other agencies before Home Instead. They listened to what Mom liked/didn’t like and choose caregivers who matched our needs. The care givers were very caring and treated Mom as if she were their own. They interacted with Mom, did light housekeeping and meal prep as requested and kept us informed of any issues. We would recommend this agency.

  We were looking for care for our 92 yr old dad. After trying to work full time and provide his care, it had gotten to the point where we faced the realization that we needed more help with his care than we could mentally and/or physically provide. Long care heath facilities were not an option as we wanted to provide dad the option of staying in his home. But, having 'strangers' coming into his home to provide care was overwhelming. I reached out to Bobbi at Home Instead...which turned out to be the best decision ever. Bobbi took the time to come out and explain care options to us and helped us to be ok in having others share dad's care. She helped us realize that taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of dad....and asking for help was nothing to be ashamed of. Bobbi was a most helpful resource in this next stage of care for dad. We are certainly grateful and encourage anyone to reach out to explore options in caring for an elderly family member.
