  I’ve gone to this location many times for blood tests and the staff are always friendly, comforting, and quick!

  You should be able to just walk in in sted of making appointment a especially the elderly or people that don't have phones or Internet

  DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS NECESSARY! First time walking in, made an online appointment, show up 5 mins before scheduled to a room of two other people waiting in chairs and no one in the front, just a tablet with no directions. After waiting for ten minutes, the only thing that changed was that one person left, finally a doctor comes out to check and asks if we signed in. Me and the other women both replied we had APPOINTMENTS for 1130, then a women comes out and tells us that we have to sign in and if we dont sign in, it kicks us out. What was the point of the appointment then? The women who, instead of being a normal service person and saying, "sorry theres nothing i can do" she was extremely rude, as if it was our fault that we didnt know every direction to take when you come into this place. At this point i just turned to her and said im over thanks for being useless, and walked out. Go to manchester hopsital if you have the insurance for it please

  They do not have enough service. When one is sick they close the lab and refer you to the nearest one. You will wait fir such a long time for your turn. Poor service
