  Still dealing with horrible arm pain from a phlebotomist I had today that moved the needle mid draw and hit a nerve. I told her during the appointment i was having burning pain and she didn't take the needle out until she was finished. Since my appointment this morning I have numbness down to my fingers, and pain up my elbow and into my shoulder. I've been wearing it in a sling with basically no use of my arm. People online say it can take weeks for this to fully heal. And Quest doesn't have an actual location contact number to let them know so all I can do is write this review and hope someone sees it. Please go to a different location!

  Came in for a test for my mom. It was made so difficult after someone told me they’ll help me and waiting someone else told me I’ll have to log into a system with her information. SMH
