- TTTeddApr 3, 20262.0Dr. Hong kept me waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time even though I was his first appointment of the day. Last year, he kept me waiting 15 minutes even though I was his first appointment of the day. When I made the appointment, the receptionist said the cost of the exam is $55. When I checked in, I confirmed $55 with the receptionist. When the exam was completed, Dr. Hong asked for $100. The receptionist denied she told me $55. I was told the card machine was broken and he needed to be paid in cash. Last year I was told the card machine was broken and he needed to be paid in cash. Dr. Hong needs to invest in a more reliable card machine or just tell patients that he does not accept credit cards.
