Choose a different Quest or provider if possible. Their staff are nurse and some of them are really arrogant and rude! They were probably never trained properly. That took four tries to find a vein, both arms and hands, leaving me with bruises. The staff complained I didn’t have enough water, but lots of blood flew out after she moved the needle away.

They messed up with insurance and input the wrong information. Claimed that 2,000$ was owed and refused to do a blood test. When we pointed out that the issue was on their end and all they had to do was call the number we provided them with to be able to fix the issue. The ladies at the front desk are possibly the rudest and most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Refused to pick up the phone and fix an issue they created. Go to Guilford, the Madison location honestly needs to be shut down for the amount of horrible reviews, and it’s obvious to me these people don’t care about their patients when it’s literally their job to help people. Never coming here again.
