Kristi Maynard, APRN began in primary care in 2012. We understand that collaboration with our patients is the key to wellness and that is why we ultimately decided to launch this practice in 2022 in Madison, CT. We strive to make a positive change in the health and wellness of all of our patients on the shoreline and beyond.
