  This place is incompetent!! I scheduled an appointment through their automated phone system, received a confirmation code. The day of my test I received a call saying we cancelled your meeting (automated call) but didn’t give me a reason why the cancelled. When I looked up my confirmation code through their automated phone system the automated message said we are having technical difficulties and hung up. I could not find a way to talk with a live person to get answers. I don’t recommend this location or at least using their automated phone system.

  I was treated so kindly by Noelia. She brought me a glass of water, was helping other clients by opening doors and giving reassurance.
