  Made an appointment at 7:10 am before my doctor appointment at 7:45 by 7:40 I still waiting horrible and unorganized place zero stars if I have the option!

  Two weeks in a row I schedule an early morning blood lab panel that’s urgent from doctor only to show up to the entire hospital open and staffed but nobody at Quest. I talked to the receptionist in the hospital and they said yea some days when it snows they don’t come in or notify anyone so we have a lot of unhappy patients that say the same thing. Who ever runs this location has zero integrity or professionalism to do the job and is costing people’s health and lives!

  I had a great experience with Quest Diagnostics, the staff was very professional and they made me feel like my health was their number one priority. The staff that took care of on day in question was three very important tests I had to take one of them I never taken before and of course I was worried and the staff noticed it, she immediately began to calm me down and explain to me about the test and what it means. After that I felt comfortable right away. Thanks Quest Diagnostics Ted Collier
