  Great experience, I had almost no wait for my appointment and 100% Legendary Professional work from Michael (Mike) B. It doesn't look like much from the outside but this Quest is good.

  Quick and efficient with hitting the vein smoothly and without issue every time I go. Do not accept a place that leaves you black and blue or wiggles the needle to try and make up for a missed vein hit. I have had good and bad blood draws and at this point in my life only allow employees of Quest Diagnostics to draw blood from me due to them drawing blood so perfectly that I barely noticed that they drew blood : )

  I don't usually like doing bad reviews but the lady at this location who does urine tests is very rude and clearly don't like her job. The website say that testing ends at 4pm, but because she is tired she comes out into the lobby and announces that testing ends at 3. Then she tells one of my coworkers that "you better have to pee", like how rude can you be. If you don't like your job you can go find another one. I will not and never go back to the Quest diagnostics in Hamden because that was unprofessional.

  Hamden quest went above and beyond for protecting the customers that were in the office. Had an elderly customer that didn’t understand the check-in process, and he was verbally attacking people in the office and all of the technicians. It took three cop cars to calm him down explain stuff and get him out but hats off to everybody at the Hamden quest.

  Mike the phlebotomist was great. I was anxious because I had purchased the tests myself, one from a third party website, and he confirmed everything for me. Very pleasant and efficient too. Thank you 🙏
