  Left my appointment today feeling very dismissed. I've been having bad foot pain due to my job, and even after a couple months of working there it has not improved. I have tried everything - Hokas, insoles, compression socks, ibuprofen, stretching, icing, etc. and nothing helps the pain. I was told that there was essentially nothing they could do for me and that my job was inherently bad for feet. Well, I can't quit my job just because my feet hurt. I asked if I could try different shoes or insoles, but when I asked for specific recommendations, I was not given an answer or any real suggestions specific to my feet. I was expecting real opinions from an expert and I was expecting help with the issue, not for someone to tell me my job is just bad for my feet and that I need to keep suffering day in day out. I asked what I should even look for if trying new shoes - she said just pick ones that are comfortable. The trouble is, all shoes are comfortable when you put them on, it's after hours of working that they will hurt. I am not a doctor like she is; I cannot afford to buy and test every $200 pair of shoes on the market. When a person comes in for an expert opinion, thy expect real help. I don't think I'll be coming back without a doctor acting like the expert they should be, and nobody should be told their job isn't right for them. Do better.

  Knowledgeable with information that can help my situation. Knowing how take care of myself to make improvements for a better outcome on the dailly basis throughout the day.

  Highly recommend this Doctor. She was very thorough and kind. The staff is really helpful and pleasant as well.

  I really enjoy coming to this practice. Everyone is very nice and make you feel welcome. Dr Pargas is also very nice and very professional. She does a great job.
