  The lab tech asked me twice if the VA was my primary insurance. (I scanned the VA card as my primary insurance). I asked why she is asking me that. Then she says “oh are you a nurse there. Do you work there? “ I said no. Why does that matter? She said she’d never seen that card before. Then asks me if I’m a spouse of military. Now I am frustrated and tell her I AM THE VETERAN that is my insurance. Her - I’ve never seen this card Me- I don’t know what to tell you. Her - hmm yeah is it tricare? All the other people come in with tri care cards and we do a lot of veterans. I’m breaking inside because why am I being questioned ? I am the Veteran. I served. I have service connected disability. Her- oh. Everyone’s served. Me- not everyone. Her - oh my whole family did. Me- good for you. I will never allow this woman to be in my space again. Not one apology or one thank you for you service. Instead - question upon question regarding my veteran status. This company needs to do education that female veterans are Real. We are 20-90 years of age. We deserve respect too.

  Quest is the BEST of the BEST company! I have been using Quest for years. I would never go anywhere else to have blood drawn. Very easy to make an appointment, I never have to wait, the have top notch employees. I would recommend Quest to everyone!
