  Pause in Greenwich has honestly become one of my favorite places to go. I come here regularly for contrast therapy, cryotherapy, float sessions, vitamin shots, and their medical grade LED, which is amazing and have noticed a difference in my skin with! Cryotherapy is so much fun here. You get to listen to your favorite music while you’re in there, and i end up feeling so energized for contrast therapy! I always leave feeling reset, both physically and mentally. The combination of services has been great for my recovery, stress, and just overall feeling better. Honestly, I could spend an entire day here. It’s my zen place! What really makes it special though is the people. Lilly, Keri, John, and Lana are all incredible. They’re warm, knowledgeable, and make you feel genuinely taken care of every single time. The owners are always there too and are just so warm and responsive. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ve been to other similar spas. They will take great care of you here!

  Warm, Attentive service. A clean, modern and light-filled space. The contrast therapy sessions are really priced well. I can’t wait to come back for the float tank.
