  I went in to replace a broken temple on my glasses (which cost $250). The employee who helped me, Nicole, was initially friendly, but the experience quickly went downhill. I asked if she could clean my lenses before returning them, and when she did, they were still very smudged and looked worse than before. When I pointed this out, she insisted they were already like that and refused to properly clean them. Even when I showed her before-and-after pictures, she dismissed the difference. After repeatedly asking, she finally cleaned them again and the smudges came off easily. For such a simple request, the interaction was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. This experience made me question the store’s customer service, and I don’t plan on returning.

  Edwin provided excellent customer service on with my recent purchase. He assisted me in selecting several pairs of glasses that complemented me perfectly. When the glasses arrived at the store, he kindly offered to ship them to me since it would take a few days for me to return. I am very happy with his high level of customer. service I received.

  Edwin provided excellent help today. He was able to locate exactly the frame I needed in a matter of minutes and efficiently arranged for delivery to my out of state address. I am a very happy customer!

  I order glasses for my husband here every year and usually call to place the order since he likes to keep the same frame. We stopped by in person on Sunday to choose his new sunglasses frame, but since there was no optometrist available, we were told to call back the next day to place the order. When I called on Monday, I spoke with a salesperson named Edvin (spelling may be incorrect), who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was not helpful at all and incorrectly claimed that our insurance had expired, which was not the case. I had to contact our insurance company to confirm that our coverage was active, and when the insurance agent tried to clarify the situation directly, Edvin hung up on us. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful, and I was eventually able to place the order for my husband’s glasses and sunglasses. I appreciate their assistance, but the unprofessional behavior from one employee made the experience unnecessarily stressful.
