  PAUSE has quickly become my favorite spot to unwind and feel refreshed. The staff, the nurses, the front desk team, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. I didn’t want to leave and have already scheduled my next visit!

  They are all amazing! Services are amazing !!! I got IV therapy and feel amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and gave me exactly what I needed for how I was feeling because now I feel great!!!

  Absolutely loved my experience here! The space is beautiful, the staff are professional and the services truly make a difference. I felt cared for, listened to, and completely rejuvenated. This wellness center is a gem—I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Excellent staff, lovely and informative . Facility was pristine and comfortable. I look forward to returning and repeating the contrast therapy as well as trying the other services.

  I love the attention Julia was giving my daughter and me. She’s a sweetheart and also the staff was wonderful! Today was our first time and hopefully I get better with this fluids. I coming back for my second bag and probably more to help improve my health.
