We stopped by in person on Sunday to choose his new sunglasses frame, but since there was no optometrist available, we were told to call back the next day to place the order. When I called on Monday, I spoke with a salesperson named Edvin (spelling may be incorrect), who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was not helpful at all and incorrectly claimed that our insurance had expired, which was not the case. I had to contact our insurance company to confirm that our coverage was active, and when the insurance agent tried to clarify the situation directly, Edvin hung up on us. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful, and I was eventually able to place the order for my husband’s glasses and sunglasses. I appreciate their assistance, but the unprofessional behavior from one employee made the experience unnecessarily stressful.
