Compared to my experience with a podiatrist and experience with Orthopedic Associates, Good Feet was far more knowledgeable and helpful. Dwight took the time to analyze the problem and painstakingly sought the correct insert combination to remedy the problem so my left knee would not lean to the right and cause pain. I did not expect it, but Good Feet was far more help than the “professionals”. Lesson learned!

I recently visited The Good Feet Store in Glastonbury after putting it off for months, knowing I needed to do something about the aches and pains I’ve been dealing with from multiple spinal surgeries, along with atrophy in my right leg and foot. From the moment I arrived, Dwight was incredibly understanding about my history of seven surgeries and how they’ve affected my leg strength, gait, and overall walking.
He took the time to walk me through the entire process, including balance testing, foot pressure analysis, and evaluating how my body was responding at each level of support. The whole experience felt transparent, informative, and genuinely educational.
Dwight was patient, professional, and an absolute champ throughout the appointment — especially since I showed up very talkative after three cups of coffee. He never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable as we tested the different support options.
Yes, it is an investment, but in my opinion, you’re not just buying a product — you’re investing in a service, in personalized care, and in your long-term health.

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
