    I cannot brag enough about Jen. I call her doctor Jen. I'm a person that's very nervous going to any doctor's appointments. I never feel that way with Dr Jen. She is very kind, very understanding, and never judges. Both my husband and I are very lucky to have her as our primary Care.

    Dr Rodgers and staff have always taken the time to talk through my issues. They are polite, thorough and professional. Grateful to have them on my side.

    I called to make an appointment with my practiiner but she was not available as quickly as I needed so I saw Jennifer. She was very thoughtful, she explained all of my lab results and she assured me that everything was fine. She listened and was genuinely interested in my concerns. Thank you Jennifer!

    If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes or more in the waiting room and another 45 minutes or more in the exam room for EACH visit, then this practice is for you. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. My appointment was for 3:30. I finally got into an exam room at 4:45. I sat there in a surgical gown waiting for Dr. Rodgers. At 5:30 I got up, dressed and walked out into the waiting room only to find the whole place dark!!!! The staff had closed up shop, and gone home! Dr. Rodgers was in another exam room gabbing happily with a patient. As I was walking into my apartment, my phone was ringing. It was Dr. Rodgers calling to apologize! I went back to him and asked his assistant Donna what was up with the wait every time I had an appointment. Her response was, "Well, if you're not happy with it, you can always find another doctor." SERIOUSLY???? I will NEVER EVER go back there again.
