  When the Farmington location was at 399 South Road the staff was excellent. Since they relocated to Rte. 4, Farmington the staff is not the same and not only did I wait an hour, but they did not process the blood correctly and I got false readings and ended up in the emergency room.

  I love this Quest. The waiting room is clean. The staff is kind, and their dedication to providing prompt service, even for walk-ins, has been consistent.

  The thinkg on on the monitor would say 3 people are being served but only 1 was served....not accurate at all.

  My child needed bloodwork, after I spent an hour convincing him to get it, I’m told they don’t take walk ins. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room or on the waitlist.

  The lady who helped my daughter damaged her vein so badly that we ended up taking her to the ER .
