I searched online and called the Westfarms location. Employee who answered was pleasant and reassuring and he told me to come in after work. I was met by Mireya at the desk and she brought my glasses to the back to be fixed. She was professional and friendly. As I waited I perused the frames and then the person who presumably fixed my glasses came out to gove them to me. This was where the experiences goes from Good and great to Above and Beyond. His name starts with the letter "M"...I cannot recall the spelling. However, I recall the warmth of his demeanor. This individual is from Sudan, he speaks multiple languages including Arabic and is working toward learning Spanish and is an asset to this store. Great customer service skills, insightful, and most of all kind and authentic. Lenscrafts is a great store because of the people like him, Mireya, and the one who answered the phone. They do everything right that is noticed and valued by customers. People return due to the service they receive and this is definitely a store to be recommended. Thank you for making my day brighter.
