  Great experience - I was in pain and called a few endodontists who were scheduling far out. Saw the good reviews for Zerella, called and they were able to fit me in the very next day for a completely painless root canal in one single procedure where everything was explained to me in depth by the front desk staff and Dr. Simon. He took the time to explain every part of the treatment and gave me his card and number after the procedure in case anything were to come up. Extremely helpful and pleasant all around. Symptoms immediately resolved. Definitely recommend this practice!

  His work was impeccable. He accurately identified the problem and resolved it effectively, after a very painful previous experience. He is a highly skilled, careful, and honest professional. Without a doubt, one of the best specialists I have ever encountered. Highly recommended.

  Dr. Zerella’s team was great from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and everyone was friendly and communicative. I called on Friday for an appointment and was evaluated on Monday. They went over estimate before the treatment and checked in on me following the procedure to make sure everything was going well. I had been dealing with some degree of tooth pain for upwards of a year, so was glad that once I was evaluated by Dr. Zerella I was able to finally get my problem diagnosed and treated efficiently.

  Overall really good experience with my first root canal :) Easy to schedule an appointment, didn't have to wait too long. They communicate via email and they have an online registration system you can complete ahead of time to expedite things on the day of your appointment. There was no wait and I was taken right in when I arrived. Office was nice, clean and they had updated equipment. Everyone was super nice! Lianna at the front desk made scheduling very easy and she called me the day before the appointment to confirm and go over my out of pocket cost so I wouldn't run into any surprises during my visit or after the services had already been provided. Good communication and really friendly. Dr. Simon was also amazing and really nice. I get really anxious and don't do well with dental procedures and after letting Dr. Simon know, he did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. He answered all my questions. Prior to starting, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly using the imaging they had taken and he did the same at the end. He gave me his contact number to call if I had any problems and he called me himself the next day to check in on how I was doing. I felt well taken care of and trusted him. Everything he said would happen, did, and my issue has fully resolved. Never felt any pain, not during the procedure nor later in the day after the Novocain wore off. Pricing did seem kind of expensive, even after insurance. But with all things considered, it was worth it!
