I got there to pick up contact lenses around 1:30 first she can me to the door to tell us they were closing at 2 when I said I only there to pick up contact lenses, I was locked out in the cold for about 15 minutes, in that time she complained to the mailman, walked around inside the store and as best i could tell she did not take care of a single customer while I was waiting. if I did not need the lenses for my daughter I would have walked away and never returned. it is a shame because I have never had this experience with anyone else that works there.
