  From the first phone call to the finished ramp this was as easy as it gets. Conner came to my house and walked me through the project beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant . I received a quote the very next day from Colleen An absolute joy to work with. Day of installation Chris and co-worker showed up on time and worked none stop until the total ramp was installed. They answered all my questions and concerns professionally and might I add with patience . I would highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone in need of a handicap ramp

  I cannot say enough good things about 101 Mobility. My mother has been in a quick decline and I have been talking to 101 Mobility for months, trying to find the right solution to get my mother in and out of the house. The staff was thoughtful, caring and kind. The plan changed multiple times, and 101 Mobility didn't bat an eyelash and provided multiple solutions that could work. I never felt they were in it to make a dollar and were very understanding of the situation and always responded quickly and thoughtfully. They do seem like they care about helping their clients in the best way possible. There was never any high pressured sales, just tons of patience and understanding. My mother was having a hard time accepting her new norm and was having problems pulling the trigger. It came down to getting something in place immediately, so we could get my mother in the house from rehab. For us, a wheelchair ramp made the most sense and they had the materials in stock to implement immediately. Within a day they had visited the house and measured up and followed up with installation within days. Throughout the whole process they were easy to contact and on rare occasions when I had to leave a message they returned the call immediately. Even after the installation, they were always available to answer any questions and address concerns. Thank you so much for your help. Sorting through options that may be best is a daunting task, especially when dealing with other aspects of getting my mother safely home. I cannot express my gratitude enough. My parents are both going through some major changes, and you always treated them with respect and kindness. Claudine and Colleen you rock!!

  We are very satisfied with our new bruno stairlift. Our sales rep Claudeen was exceptional. Very informative and accomodating. The installation was quick and the installers did an excellent job. We have 16 stairs to our apartment and this stairlift makes our lives so much easier. The office was very helpful. I would highly recommend 101 Mobility to my friends and family!!

  My ramp was installed in the same week that I contacted 101 Mobility, The fellows who installed were very courteous and thorough. The ramp allows me to get into and out of my house without worrying about going up or down the stairs. Highly recommend 101 Mobilityl.
