  I had an appointment on 4/9/2026. Sat in lobby waiting for my turn. When the door opened I would look to see if they was gonna take me early. When called, lady was extremely rude. I asked what dr was looking for. All the way around was extremely rude for no reason. Lost my business

  Most of the time when I go into quest in Enfield CT on hazard Avenue it’s OK; my last visit was not. The phlebotomist asked me the same question consecutively more than five times. There was a discrepancy in what needed to be drawn and I tried showing her the directions and email. I’m donating a kidney and it was time sensitive. Her demeanor was sort of robotic and she didn’t listen to any of the answers I had for her questions. Instructions were for me to ship the vials FedEx, which I brought with me along with the packaging. I just hope that it being the same day draw and shipment that it was done correctly.

  Convenient. Ability to book appointment through app and take priority when you arrive according to your timeslot, is a real time saver.

  I would give zero stars if I could. There were 2 people waiting for walk ins and 4 names were called for appointments who WERE NOT THERE and instead of the staff taking the walk ins who were there for over 30 min. In place of the no show appointments.. the staff took breaks instead and then came out and said the walk ins had to leave. HORRIBLE customer service, as we could see them just sitting there at the desk during the no shows. People should not be allowed to book online and no show if the staff can use that time to just sit there and not do there jobs. Medical stuff is all gone wrong now due to staff not fulfilling there obligations
