It would make more sense in my opinion to require it during the booking process so, folks don’t drive to an appointment that they have to reschedule. If all the reception team can manage is one voicemail on a SUNDAY to notify a customer when their appointment is on a Wednesday ,makes me think maybe they need more support. The customer service overall as very cold, and it felt like a cramped chaotic corner. The front of the store is beautiful though. Please help your team LensCrafters
