However, the issue seems to be with access through LensCrafters. For my 9:00 AM appointment, I arrived at 8:50 AM and found the doors locked. I returned again at 8:59 AM, and they were still locked right up to my appointment time. It’s frustrating because I made the effort to arrive early, only to be left waiting outside.
