- JSJim SantomassimoDec 5, 20221.0I called to see if my prescription was ready. I was told to come down in 10 minutes. When I came down an hour later, I was told that they made a mistake and the prescription was not even called in. I called the doctor and was told that it would be called right in. After waiting an hour it was not called in and they never said anything eventhough they saw me sitting there and I told them that I was going to wait for it.
