  It's always so hard for them to find my veins. I always ask for Nancy because she has no problem. Unfortunately Nancy wasn't there today so I stayed calm and sure enough the woman couldn't find my vein. She called Shannon. Thankfully Shannon had no problem and it was painless. Thank you Shannon!

  Technician was very helpful and friendly. She had to call my doctor's office because they had not submitted the test I was scheduled to have. She took care of all the details and everything went smoothly.

  Place is a joke, they're slow, unorganized, no one knows what's going on. They're rude avoid at all costs I left got tired of waiting . Go to Yale down the street you're in and out quickly and they're very professional

  Nancy! She's just an angel, an amazing human being doing her blood work job with care, warmth, and excellence. Everyone deserves to cross paths with a lady like Nancy! If only all of Quest offices had someone like her, it would be so different. After awful experiences at Quest-Yale Health Plan, I'm glad I tried the East Haven branch, to find her. It's all about the human quality. All other details are just that.

  Excellent technicians, however they make enough profit to ditch the kiosk and hire an actual human receptionist.
