After the last two experiences, I am submitting this review. The only phlebotomist who cares or understands about a child's to individual needs is Stephanie. She helped easy my special needs child's anxiety by allowing to create a routine when it came to blood draws
In March and just today - two different phlebotomists refused to listen to my child as he attempted to advocate for himself and share the routine of receiving two plastic tubes or gloves to take home as a reward . The phlebotomist he saw in March knew the routine and just didn't wanna be bothered to adapt. Today's phlebotomist was new, never seen before and refused to listen. This is unacceptable. This sent him spiralling into such nervous system dysregulation that he became aggressive. This put him at risk for a seizure. It was only after Stephanie had to intervene and explain that adjustments were offered but it was too late. His nervous system was overload. His primitive reflexes kicked in and fight mode activated all because they refused to listen to him or myself. Today's phlebotomist tried to shoot Stephanie down while she attempted to provide intervention and support. I have reached out to corporate directly both times. Sparing a pair of gloves and 2 tubes wasn't gonna matter to 23 billion dollar company. And it def isn't taken out of their paycheck.

Had scheduled appointment patients walking in 15-20 after me and getting called in back before that had same appointment had me but was over 20 mins late and I’m sitting there (I was 10 mins early for my appointment) and three people came in after me my name on the board and their names were under mine and they got called in the back while I sat there and watched the UNFAIRNESS even spoke to the tech and she said well they had appointments and I said so did I and these people just walked in (late for their appointment) but yet they were called in before me mind you I had to do a fasting bloodwork and I’m diabetic and my blood sugar had dropped to 58 … these tech at this facility are very rude, and very unprofessional telling me I don’t see what they see I don’t them I see the names on the board and mines were at the top and the people you are calling in came I. Way after me while I sat there and watch them come and leave!!

Walked in there’s no one in the waiting room but yet there’s a sign stating that they’re not taking any appointments because they’re double booked for a place that is open for at least six hours and you double booked with one person only shouldn’t the waiting room have at least three people in their waiting. The problem is one of her employees called out and she decided that she was gonna have an attitude because she had to run the office by herself, which is probably not fair to her, but she could’ve been a lot nicer to the people that are keep giving her that job. She did not want to put in the work and did not want to allow walk-ins. She denied several people from coming in today. She was rude. Had an attitude and there was no one there for somebody working with double appointments in your office was pretty empty.
