    I've been to PF locations across the country (I think I'm over 40 states). This is by far the smallest club I've visited. However, what it lacks in size, it makes up for in organization and cleanliness. I actually look forward to being nearby as I travel for work knowing that a location this clean and well laid out is here.

    PF social media team responded to my review and asked me to reach out. After three days of going back and forth they told me they had no ability to help me address this issue of my membership not being canceled for the last several years. They’re only responding to make it look like they are helpful but they’re not able to help at all. I have attempted to cancel my membership over a dozen times over the past five years. From time to time the charges will stop and then they start again. I will cancel my credit card and then somehow PF updater finds my new credit card number and starts charging it again. There does not seem to be a way to cancel. I have attempted to login to the PF website and can not login. There’s no support at all. I would not recommend signing up for the gym unless you want to pay $25/month for years for nothing. I have not been into this gym since 2020, it’s 10/2025 and I’m still being charged.

    I moved from CT three months ago. I called multiple times and even corporate called and most often I was not able to get a hold of somebody. When I was able to get a hold of somebody in regards to cancellation they said I had to have to go into the gym to cancel my membership this went on for 3 months. By the way it should be noted that I moved 7 hours away from the East Grandby gym. During this time I sent a notice to my bank (7/19) to stop payment to the East Granby because I was living 7 hours away and where I am now, I can no longer go to a planet fitness that works with my schedule, they worked with the planet fitness and agreed to do the refund for the July but then turned around and charged me $56 not once but twice in the month of July for quote unquote late payment. Then in the month of August planet fitness did it again and in September they did it again at which point I was finally able to reach somebody. I tried calling multiple times anytime I was able to talk to somebody they said that you would have to go in person to cancel membership. In September the person I talked to finally said no you have to go to the website not the app to cancel membership. That should have been notified to me up front back in July not in september. The manager at East Granby reached out to me and said that they could reverse the September payment but that the jawline in August payments were not able to be reversed despite me saying hey I've been wanting to cancel this membership for 3 months and on 719 I put a stop payment and the bank worked with that planet fitness to reverse the payment only for planet fitness to charge me twice double the amount in the same month. The manager said he was going to reach out to his boss to see what could be done about the previous months and then called me back and told me that his boss was not able to do anything so at this point this planet fitness is taking close to $150 of mine that shouldn't have happened because they failed to tell me how to cancel my membership properly if I were looking at a planet fitness I would join the Bloomfield gym but I would stay away from the East Granby and the Enfield gym in Massachusetts they're owned by the same company, both are franchisee gyms and not a corporate gym. Not only was this bad customer service but I already have on file that I was trying to cancel all the way back to July August and September and now they're saying that they can't refund the rest of the money that is not good business despite me having explained the situation which was a drop on their ball because whenever I called they kept saying you have to come in to cancel you have to come in in person to cancel or you have to come in in person to transfer membership to different gym I live 7 hours away. 9/29-As an update, I just got a text today from the billing company of the Granby planet fitness saying that I owe money still even though I'm now already canceled my account. The club has refunded this month's payment and now their billing company is saying I owe $180. I said no and they tried to reach out to the club and there was no one at the 9:00 at night that they could reach out to. The billing company left a message with the club to call them back and I let the billing company know that they are not to charge my card it's not an authorized payment and I've already notified my bank. Planet fitness if you want to be reviewed as having more than Stellar business don't have me reach out to your public relations department, instead reach out to your billing department and get my account straight. I move 7 hours away 3 months ago and I've spent 3 months and just today I got another update that I still owe money for account that I canceled and tried to cancel and finally successfully canceled 3 months later.

    Pretty good size, no equipment out of order. Not too busy when I went. Ladies locker room was kind of a mess.
