    I came in before they closed, i was the only patient there and was denied service by Jen and her coworker because the test would take too long to run and they wanted to be out on time. I understand wanting to leave on time but then why is there an 11:50 slot available for selecting when this doesn’t give them enough time to draw the blood. They wasted my time.

    I’ve been to several Quest facilities within my area but the Derby Ct. location is my go to place. Hands down to Kayla who is the Phlebotomist there who frequently does my blood draw. Never experienced any discomfort or black & blue marks afterwards. Kayla is truly a professional who makes you feel comfortable with her demeanor and great sense of humor.. I highly recommend this facility for your future needs.

    I went to quest and thought I had an appointment for 4:00 pm but I accidentally made it for the day before. I ended up deciding to check in as a walk in the computer system accepted my walk in. Told me it would be 30-60 minutes. I decided to wait, When I sat down it was 3:50. I watched the phlebotomist call people over and over. At 4:40 she came out of the back and asked everyone who was a walk in to raise their hand. And then proceeded to tell us she had appointments and was not going to take the walk ins because they closed at 5. She was rude and unprofessional. I waited 45 minutes already and then decided to tell me she wouldn’t take me. Maybe you shouldn’t take walk in appointments if you aren’t going to take them and turn people away. Or stop taking them at a certain time. She should have told me when the walk in went up on her computer screen instead of having me wait 45 minutes then tell me!!!
