  I read all the terrible reviews of this lab and was prepared for the worst. I walked in without making an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. There was not wait time. The blood test was done perfectly.

  Maureen was amazing. Second time I’ve had her draw blood and she is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I had frequent blood draws during my pregnancy years ago and they were horrible - wish I knew Maureen was a gem! She is great at distracting you during it and a great prick- quick and painless. Can’t feel her switching the tubes. Would recommend for anyone nervous or kids.

  Had to fill out all my info and present ID not only at the kiosk but also to the technician. I was only dropping off a sample, not even having a blood draw. Technician was curt and unhelpful. Took way longer than it needed to despite having made an appointment.
