- JGJean GDec 23, 20223.0I recently joined Club Pilates, and so far, I'm enjoying it. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to find classes. At first, I thought you could simply show up and enroll in a class, but the scheduling aspect requires a lot of preparation. The fact that only Caucasian families are depicted in the wall art further supports my belief that there is a lack of inclusion. Although I see that they have non-Caucasian clients and instructors, there are no colored families present.

I have talked to a few people at the location about this situation and I was told to email the GM about them changing me for a service that, I'm not using but no response but I keep getting emails about $199.00 x 2 for the past 5 months. Trying to clear up a debit issue has become a nightmare because no one wants to respond about my debit issue but they continue to debit $199.00 from the account. This place is ONLY MONEY hungry and really doesn't care about anything else.
