Person seemed visibly annoyed with questions (especially price). 3. Tried to upsell me every feature under the moon. 4. Offered me 5 levels of progressive lenses, but gave no explanation on what the differences were (except the good one is obviously more expensive). Do people actually say "yes, give me the worst lens please or i'll take the 2nd to worst" ?! And when I asked if she could tell me what my existing glasses compared to (which I had in my hand) the answer was 'No' Needless to say, I don't plan to go back again.
