I've been meaning to write a review for over a year. I do NOT recommend this location. They totally messed up my prescription somehow. I would first like to ask that the "manager" please not leave a "copy and paste" generic reply which are used for all reviews here with complaints.
I bought progressives from this location after getting a prescription from their in house optometrist. All went fine until they sent me the glasses and I tried them on. They simply were not right, even after giving myself months to get used to them. By the time I took them to my local location in California, it was too late to have them adjusted for no charge. First, the glasses didnt arrive when they said they would. It wasn't till I called that they claimed they would "go out today" which didn't happen. It was 5 days later than they said. I think they forgot until I called them.
I never wore the glasses because I could find ZERO "sweet spot" for distance. Literally NOWHERE was a location I could see something totally clear. Either the optometrist messed up my prescription, or the glasses were not made according to the prescription. Also, I have kept the glasses completely protected in its case, and never once have I EVER not put them in the case. Yet there is a weird blemish that looks like a coating wasn't fully put on, or whatever. I KNOW I did not make that mark. It is a manufacturer blemish. $500 should get me clear lenses.
One last thing, the glass case they gave me was utter junk and broke after normal use. I never had a glass case break. It lost it's ability to snap shut and stay closed. Ridiculous bad quality. Don't go to this location.

Didn't have the best time here. I ordered two pairs of glasses here. One pair of sunglasses and one pair of normal everyday glasses. While in the process of ordering these, the salesperson I was working with answered 3 phone calls and didn't explain well when my glasses would be ready. The phone situation speaks for itself (I was ignored while sitting face to face with my salesperson), but as for the glasses, I found out that when ordering multiple pairs you will receive a ready email for each individual pair. My salesperson did not inform me of this at during initial sale.I was annoyed to find out, in store, when I received my first ready email that only one pair was ready. Annoying and wouldn't recommend this particular location,

Excellent customer service from the minute I entered the store.
I recently visited LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me navigate their extensive selection of frames.
The optometrist was thorough during the eye exam, explaining each step clearly and answering all my questions. I felt reassured knowing I was in expert hands. After the exam, the staff assisted me in choosing frames that not only suited my style but also fit comfortably. Went in for 1 frame and left with 2.
The fitting process was seamless, and I appreciated the personalized recommendations they provided. My glasses were ready ahead of schedule, and I was thrilled with the final product! The quality is outstanding, and the clarity is remarkable.
Overall, LensCrafters exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and high-quality products. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eyewear!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
