I am very pleased with how I was treated. I got the appointment date wrong and showed up 2 days early. Despite this I was able to have an eye exam right away when there was a no show. The technician was personable and very competent. Whenever I had questions he took time to answer them clearly. I will come back here next time I need an exam.

Friendly staff, all the eye doctors are great and informative about the results of your tests. The people who helped me get new glasses and order a new set for contact lenses were helpful as well

Dr Kahn was great. However I found out that they no longer have a Dr on site and that it is done remotely !! Can you tell me how you can check the pupils of a patient remotely !! At least they called me before my appointment, to warn me.

First I got there, after making an appointment, and they told me I couldn’t get seen for contacts because it was the doctors last day and she wouldn’t be there for a follow up. They didn’t inform me of that when I made an apt. So, I made a stink and she said she would see me. During the exam, she then said she still wouldn’t give me contacts because there was something wrong with my corneas and said I had to see a specialist. She didn’t give me any more information than that. I didn’t get drops for my dry scratchy eyes, nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Friendly Eyes is the opposite of Friendly! Never going here again and do not recommend!

Pleasant experience over-all. During eye testing, employee was chomping on chewing gum right in my face. Seemed unprofessional to me. Sales staff was great, found the glasses I needed very quickly by listening to my needs.
