Unfortunately my eye exam was unduly delayed as the staff could not properly line up the screen so that I could read all 5 letters. Both examiners failed to correct the problem at first but could not. After a second try the examiners realized that the mirror that projected the letters was not aligned properly. This caused many delays with the optician until finally they figured out what the problem actually was. 😕

It was my first time at LensCrafters at the Danbury Fair Mall on Backus Avenue. The eye doctor is remote, but it was a very friendly, thorough, and professional experience. The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the fact that they answered all of my questions and I did not feel like I was being a bother. My frames are gorgeous and they have a large selection of frames. My vision plan is mediocre, but I look for quality service and will pay for that. Thank you for the positive first experience.
