    Front staff great Eve was very helpful. Lawrence was unable to help me they don’t feeeze off stuff. Waste of an hour. Now I have to wait a week to see derm. Ughhhh

    Visit was fine. Unfortunately the doctor didn’t send prescription over to my pharmacy. Called the next day. Doctor forgot to send it over. Was supposed to send it again. Went to pharmacy an hour later, still no prescription.

    Staff friendly however almost 45 min wait then to be left in an exam room for another 1hr and 10 mins without anyone coming in to check on me is inexcusable. I understand some days are very busy but perhaps they should let us know it will be a few hours wait when we arrive. Will not return
