It was a positive experience. The staff is professional, and I was able to get seen and diagnosed quickly.

Went early in the morning for a minor skin infection assuming I needed antibiotics. I go to a reputable piercer with the state and am very knowledgeable on how to treat minor puncture wounds. I’ve never had a doctor give such concerning advice as to “clean with alcohol twice a day” and “just take it out to heal the infection” any certified/licensed piercer would 100% advise against that for any piercing, rubbing alcohol is too harsh and damaging to open wounds and taking out a piercing could trap the infection under the skin causing abscesses and further complications. I will follow up with my piercer but spreading false knowledge and terrible advice like this and stigmatizing people with piercings and tattoos is not professional or appreciated. And I’m here to remind people that it’s okay to advocate for yourself, you’re not inherently wrong because they’re a doctor. And remind your staff to be more kind, you never know what people are going through, no reason to be rude 😊

I went there today and had such a great experience that I felt like I had to leave a review.
From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made me feel comfortable right away.
The entire medical team was just as amazing. The nurse and the doctor were both extremely professional, patient, and kind. They explained everything in a very clear and simple way, making sure I understood each step of the process and what I needed to do next.
Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Usually, we go to places like this expecting not to be treated very well, but today I was genuinely surprised in the best way.
I would highly recommend this place. Even if I’m farther away, I would definitely choose to come back here again.

I was involved in a workplace accident. I went to this location several times and was always treated with care. The front desk is also helpful , and kind. Despite an appointment, the wait time was always a little frustrating— being taken to the back to a room and still waiting an additional 15-35 minutes after vitals were taken was typical. Once seen, I was treated with empathy, respect and care. During my 3 months of visits, I was treated by a few different practitioners. I felt overall they cared about what I went through and were helpful in connecting me to other services that I needed. Some more knowledgeable than others as I was given a list of ortho recs and 3/5 providers on the list were no longer in existence so I had to keep calling back. By my last visit I was over it and ready to be DC. PA Asante did not allow me to minimize residual symptoms and listened beyond my words. I thank you.
I scheduled an appointment online for chest tightness and a persistent cough. Upon arrival, I clearly explained to the nurse that I am asthmatic and had been experiencing multiple asthma attacks over the past few days. I specifically asked about a preventative inhaler and a rescue inhaler to help manage my symptoms.
When the provider came in, I repeated this information. I was told that two inhalers would be prescribed, and I was discharged shortly after without any evaluation or testing.
Later that day, I went to the pharmacy and was given antibiotics instead. Confused, I called the urgent care and was informed that my visit had been documented as a UTI, which was completely incorrect. My previous visit months ago was for a UTI, but that had nothing to do with my current symptoms.
It is very concerning that despite clearly communicating my symptoms to both the nurse and provider, my visit was documented inaccurately and no proper assessment was performed. Additionally, I was later told they could not prescribe inhalers because I was not evaluated for asthma, yet no evaluation was ever offered during my visit.
No testing was done for asthma or a UTI during this visit. This reflects a serious lack of attention to patient care, poor documentation, and overall unprofessionalism.
As a result, I am still dealing with ongoing symptoms without the treatment I was initially told I would receive. This experience felt neglectful and frustrating, and I would not recommend this facility based on the lack of thorough care and follow-through.
