  New Cromwell resident. Came to Stop n Shop from Walgreens. Pharmacy transferred all our prescriptions (at least 20) same day. I have a medically complex child and 2 insurance companies. We are always changing meds. This requires many approvals. I have never had one complaint from the staff. They treat us like we are their only customer. Never received service like this before. It is so overwhelming with all the denials but I never have to do the work. They push for us until our meds are approved. Always greeted by 1st name, a Top notch Pharmacy!

  Switched to stop and shop after CVS NEVER had my rx ready on time. Great customer service and people behind the counter all really care about making sure i get what i need. Very great staff!!
