  I arrived for my scheduled appointment, but the office was closed with a note directing patients to another location. I ended up wasting a significant amount of my morning trying to sort it out.

  When you arrive there is no staff person to greet you. You enter your info at their kiosk. If they are running late no one will come out to explain. They expect you to just sit and wait. The blood draw area is a series of 3 open cubicles. No privacy. They schedule too many appointments for the number of staff.Making an appointment assures you of a minimum 30 minutes wait time. A very de-personalizing experience. I left without being seen.

  Excellent service! I got the partial results in 24 hours. The professional that collected my blood was so fast, I am impressed. Fair price and they have many locations available. I went to Cos Cob lab.
