Worst place ever. All medical facilities offer walk ins they will offer a walk in but don't assist there clients. Just horrible at best. Should have doge investigate them.

I had to give it 1 star to have the ability to rate this place (otherwise it's no star). I wouldn't say customer service was bad, it was none existent. While on standby the expectation was 30 to 60 minutes wait, after 1 1/2 hours we left without any hint of acknowledge when we could be seen. There wasn't anyone else in the waiting room. Seek another location where speed is faster than snail pace, one that prides in customer service and can adapt to a walk-in. This location wasn't busy and appeared that we were being ignored while the attendant waited for their next scheduled appointment. If time is a factor avoid this Colchester location like the plague because you will not be squeezed in.

Went today as a walk in for blood work. Waited 25 minutes when I asked if there was any possibility of being seen. They said that they see walk-Ins in between appointments. There was one lady who came in for a 9:10am appt. I arrived at 9 am. No one else was called after the lady with the appointment. At 9:35 I left and went to the Marlborough site and waited 2 minutes before I was called in. This place is the worst in Colchester. It takes 5 minute to draw blood. It’s sad they make people wait so much. Oh and obviously am appointments because fasting is required. Will never go here again.

Only my first time here. Not nearly as “terrible” as some reviews are painting it to be. They have a tablet to sign-in with and an interactive waiting list on and LED display. I walked in around 11 AM and was out within fifteen minutes. The staff behind the counter never addressed me nor did I see much of them, but there was no need as the process was mostly automated. The phlebotomist herself was quiet and didn’t really interact with me much aside from directing me in gathering my blood, but she was quick and efficient and I was in and out. Not everyone will have this experience as a group walked in behind me and due to the lack of serendipity there will have a far longer wait, but it was painless (no pun intended) and quick. I avoided going to this location for a while now due to the bad reviews — preferring Marlborough — but the facility was quite state-of-the-art and looked to be linked in with Backus Hospital’s network and overall it was a fine experience.
