  I have been to MANY Quest locations over the last few years...simply to drop off a urine sample for my mother with chronic UTIs. I have been met with rudeness, incompetence and even disdain at some locations..not all...however I have recently found the Cheshire,CT location that has single handily changed my opinion of Quest! Everytime I have visited this location I have received excellent service,kind,empathetic and patient technicians! These ladies ALWAYS make me feel valued and important! Please make sure they know!

  Rather efficient process for checking in using the kiosk. An extra 5 stars to the staff for her best ever experience of getting blood drawn!!!

  My technician was pleasant. However I would like to address that the building and hallways leading to The Quest lab were dark. Your staff should be turning on lights for customers that enter the building on the lower level or first floor level. Also I noted there was no handicap button to tap to assist a wheelchair bound patient. The patient is expected to pull on the door which then opens. It would be an easy install for Quest to ask the building owner. Also I'm grateful to be taken in early but only because I got tired of not being addressed after seeing six patients taken while I sat and waited. Yes I know I was early however it only takes a few seconds for your staff to address people in a waiting area which did not happen until I prompted it. I will hope that you will improve your Cheshire 280 South Main Street location. Turn on the lights so your patients feel welcome when other offices are not present in the building. Please have your staff address waiting customers when they've taken in all other scheduled patients. Please do better for your customers and patient visitors. Please consider putting a handicap button outside your door for easier access.
