The sales staff at Warby Parker are inviting and helpful when you want help, but only when you WANT the help! They are not pushy, but are there when you have questions or need support. Its the perfect balance! You can find frames at your pace, or not find them, and either way its up to the customer... without the pressure! The Canton, CT store is perfectly located, immaculate, and just a very calm, positive experience. Also, shoutout to Desiree who matches my personal energy and made my shopping experience feel like hanging out with a friend!
