  They left my arm a hot mess, and they billed my insurance wrong causing denial which is now on me to call around and fix. When someone lives in CT, chances are you’re not submitting to Anthem in Massachusetts. Last I checked this Quest Diagnostics is in Bristol, CT. Right? Right. Why would you submit to BCBS of Massachusetts, and not BCBS CT or just straight BCBS? This error that was caused by the data input of their phlebotomist. It could’ve been fixed by the phlebotomist hitting the backspace on the keyboard and removing Massachusetts after the BCBS. Instead she chose to submit it incorrectly and negligently, right before causing a huge hematoma on my right arm. It was an immediate denial from my insurance. That error caused the insurance to deny it because it led them to think I went out of state for blood work. That billing error has currently left me with a $300 bill for very simple lab work. I do not recommend coming here. I certainly won’t be back. The phlebotomist was negligent with the draw, and my insurance, never again.

  I went to quest in Bristol, checked in was very easy ,staff was very friendly. Recommend this spot no waiting.

  I had a very positive experience with Quest Diagnostics. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient from check-in to completion. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. The phlebotomist was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process, which made the visit much more comfortable. Test results were delivered promptly and were easy to access online. Overall, Quest Diagnostics provides reliable service with excellent customer care. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing lab work done.
