    One star is too much for the service I got at Miracle Ears Bristol CT! They make me spend 8500 dollars and didn't deliver on the promise: the "miracle" didn't fit into my ears and after some modifications got even worse. I returned the "project" to the office in Bristol and all I got is: Ohh sorry you have been dealing with the wrong guy ... he is gone now! Too bad!!! But: where is the company? Who is responsible? Not even a call back to apologize for the disaster? Well some weeks are gone after the answer from the Bristol Miracle Ear but NO CALLS. I guess I was right about this place and about the company! .... For the people who are reading: be careful and do not get engage looking for Miracle here. They will cash your money and disappear as they did to me.

    Christian has been wonderful helping my husband get his loss of hearing managed. We tried OTC aids but there was no support and they just didn’t fit his needs. We have been very, very pleased and the follow up services are great. I wish we had gone to this Miracle Ear before.

    The guy (forgot his name) was pretty chill. He was surprised to see someone so young coming in for a hearing test but he understood my situation. He was very helpful and explained how things worked,I was enjoying his lectures about the inner working of ears. He really knows his craft and I was glad to have had him explain everything to me, unfortunately my condition is very severe so we couldn’t do anything but he suggested some resources that would be a great help. Thank you for your help and giving me more insight about my right ear and clearing up concerns I had since childhood, you’re awesome!
