I watched a woman get discriminated and the nurde was very rude to her. She saw me filming and told me I don't need to film. This woman was there waiting with her 2 small kids for five hours, and I witnessed the nurse letting people go ahead of this lady.byhe bhe lady is black, she asked the nurse why was she letting people go ahead of her, that's when the nurse got rude and I started filming, then she changed her time and attitude. The lady and I switched phone numbers, I left to go elsewhere to do my blood work, I won't let a racist touch me. The lady called me and told me after she left, the nurse went through the back door, met her outside and was threatening her and telling her she don't know who she is needing with. I will be calling and following up with this lady. This nurse need to be firef and the lady should sue..plenty of witnesses in there that day

EL PEOR LUGAR PARA IR HACERSE ANALISIS ELLOS ESTRABIAN LOS RESULTADOS FUI ANTES DE MI CITA MEDICA TRES SEMANAS Y ELLOS NO SABIAN DONDE ESTABAN MIS RESULTADOS ES HORRIBLE SABER QUE NECESITO MIS RESULTADOS Y ELLOS NO SABEN DONDE ESTAN . The worst place to go for tests. They lose the results. I went three weeks before my appointment and they didn't know where my results were. It's horrible to know I need my results and they don't know where they are.
I went in for a simple blood draw. The woman (I didn’t get her name, but she had glasses on with a ponytail) was borderline rude for no reason. She shoved the door open and was extremely curt. She looked extremely angry and it made me uncomfortable. When she was drawing blood, it was lighting quick…also too quick and painful. It left me with bruising for days afterward. Also, the waiting room is disgusting. Can’t Quest afford new blinds? Will not revisit this location.
I was seen within about 10–15 minutes of arriving, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member who collected my blood and urine samples was uncomfortable.
Her tone was curt and snappy, not only with me but also with other patients. I was calmly asking for clarification, yet her responses felt dismissive and inconsiderate in both wording and tone. While leaving, I observed her interacting with another patient who appeared genuinely confused, while she seemed irritated by his need for guidance, including directions to the restroom for a urine sample.
I was not informed ahead of time that a urine sample would be required, which led to additional tension when I explained I had not prepared by drinking water. After providing my samples, I received minimal instruction—only to place the urine sample in a basket—and there was no acknowledgment or closing guidance upon departure.
Although the required services were completed and I did not have issues with the testing itself, the lack of professionalism and courtesy during my visit was disappointing. I’m sharing this in case others have had similar experiences and to encourage more patient-centered communication.
Edited to add: I will not return to this Quest location for any further services despite the service itself being acceptable. The ill manner which is DOCUMENTED REPEATEDLY UNDER THIS REVIEW SECTION shows just how unprofessional staff are ALLOWED to act with their clients.

I made an appointment for my grandfather for 8:40 AM. He was there since 7:30 AM. There is no person where he can talk to someone and they expect an elderly to play with a machine in order to check in. He did not check in correctly and could not confirm because there was no one to talk to! After sitting there until 9 o’clock, they explained to him that he did not check in and that they can only see him for 4 PM when I clearly made this appointment for today literally on Friday for this time because he has to fast. It is disgusting that you think the elderly should have to figure out how to use computers with no type of assistance! There should be someone there to either assist or speak with to assure them that they are all set! And then to top it off when calling the office it doesn’t allow you to speak with anyone! How do you see someone sitting there for more than an hour and don’t ask him if he is all set?! The customer service in a lot of medical fields are starting to become disgusting and unacceptable! I will be reporting this CMS!
